Ok, I made my Hotdish Wazoo/Cupboard Casserole! I used chicken, bacon, the mushroom soup, penne pasta, an array of veggies, cumin, smoked paprika, ancho chili powder, turmeric, basil, a jalapeno and an assortment of cheeses, topped with salt and pepper potato chips. It turned out really great and the folks in my building enjoyed it! They're playing Hearts right now and I'm about to do the dishes. (I don't mind dishes. It's good thinking time!)
Salad greens with tomato, english cucumbers, red onion topped with tuna and feta cheese....with jalapeno ranch dressing....and lemon water...
