Breakfast for me is what keeps me full (or give me sense that I am full) from 7 to 11! I take two eggs (omlete, simple fry, boiled; depends on my mood), a glass of milk shake (without sugar and low in fat), one piece of brown bread or cookise made up of whole wheat flour, rice cereal with low fat flavoured yogurt and nuts.
