Coffee with a dash of cinnamon, soy milk, a little bit of Dagoba Cacao powder and stevia; a soy sausage; and a fruit salad with fresh organic strawberries and orange slices.

winter wheat toast, i can't believe it's not butter, fried egg, ketchep, banana. i cut down from 2 pieces of toast for breakfast after seeing the posts about the book wheat belly.
