I've never had pumpkin pancakes, but they sound interesting. I'll go with those.

I don't think that the whole wheat pasta has much less carbs or anything so I'll go with the regular! (Am I right?) I've never had the whole wheat pasta.....

grilled pork chops or grilled boneless chicken thighs brushed with soy sauce and honey?

I'm not sure what the "thing" is with wheat pasta. I can't notice any difference in taste, so it must have something to do with nutritional value. I guess?

Salmon and cheese frittata, or regular scrambled eggs with cheese?

I can't taste any difference in the 2 pastas either.
