I am making my navy Virginia baked ham, with brown sugar vinegar and cloves, i need side ideas, i am not big on sweet potatoes, so far i am making fried cabbage and double baked potatoes, but i get bored of the same old thing!!!! any ideas???

I always serve pork with applesauce, never once thought about serving it with ham.. Thanks!!!

Instead of baked potatoes, do Au Gratin (with cheese), any green veggie and either applesauce or baked/fried/microwaved apples (the microwave is sooooooo easy!!! Slice, season, and zap for about 5 mins...perfect!)
Maybe spoonbread or cornbread.
