Tuna casserole, salad, and homemade breadsticks.......
Oh, and dont be mad at me....the first strawberries of the season showed up last week, so I am making strawberries, pound cake and home made whipped cream for dessert.

I'm undecided.....either jumbo breaded, fried shrimpies or Totino's supreme pizza. I also have thin spaghetti and meat sauce with Italian sausages. Heck, I can just have grilled cheese.

Wild rice and porcini mushroom pavé with wild sockeye salmon fillets. Not sure what kind of vegetable I will do. I was thinking maybe parsnips.

I'm very tired this evening and my daughter is too. I think we've agreed that we're going to get some takeout tonight. Not sure what it will be.
