Tonight: Dinner with mom at Rockfish in Southlake, TX. There, I had pecan-crusted trout, sauteed spinach, red beans with rice, fried calamari, and iced tea.
Yesterday was deer burgers. tenderloin wrapped in bacon, hotdogs all on the grill, add hotdog chili, chips, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, cheese. Dump cake for dessert. We had DH brother and family over and my sweet DIL.
Tonight was leftover porkchops, mashed potatoes, field peas and snaps, tomatoes-okra-corn-butterbeans, cornbread.
