Lunch was so late it turned into supper. The gang want Arby's and Arby's it was. I had the biggest bestest bacon roast beef sandwich they make. Add lots of three pepper sauce and wow. I'm just glad the Pepto cleared up the sour stomach and I really got to enjoy it.
I think I'll make a big pot of spaghetti sauce and meatballs today. Maybe meatballs and sausage. It's supposed to get cold for the next few days. I've been craving pea soup too, so might make that tomorrow.
salmon filets, pan seared jumbo shrimp, roasted root vegetables, stuffed mushrooms. Friends of mine cancelled due to being sick no sense in wasting a good meal so we are having it anyway and there will be leftovers. Not having appetizers though. My house smells like rosemary and garlic MMMMM
