Country-style ribs - Country-style ribs are cut from the blade end of the loin close to the pork shoulder. They are meatier than other rib cuts. They contain no rib bones, therefore are not technically ribs.
Actually the ones I did last night had a couple of rib bones as well. They are delicious too. All you do is salt & pepper them, then quickly brown them in a little olive oil. Then put them in a crockpot and cover them with a bottle of barbeque sauce and let them slowly cook all day. All the meat cooks off the bones and it will just melt in your mouth. Plus it makes the house smell amazing.

sounds yummy. I have a recipe I am going to try sunday that has Kielbasa,and beans, brown sugar and onions. All done in the crock pot
