Tomorrow nights dinner: salmon filets, pan seared jumbo shrimp, roasted root vegetables, stuffed mushrooms. For appetizers: Grilled tuscan bread, assorted olives and cheeses. I am having friends over.
Hubby's bd so it is his choice and he opt for spaget, meat balls and salad. The dessert will be on Sunday when our daughter and son in law are here. We will have his favorite cheese pie with a filling of spiced apples and topped with strawberries.
