Last night was take out from our local pizza place, I had Chicken with broccoli, garlic and oil, sauted spinach with garlic and oil and a side of spaghetti. Will have left overs for lunch today. Hubby had potato and egg with American cheese in a wrap.
Sat. DH finally baptised his new weber performer grill, weather permitting.
So we managed to have his fam. beer ribs that he grilled for 5 hrs.
He did up his wonderful coleslaw, I made potato salad korean & taiwanese style & a bbq beer sauted mushroom.
All served w/ homemade beer BBQ sauce.
That is all in our tryout recipe for the "Spring JB deck party" for our overdue house party that is to come.
Making breakfast for dinner: egg and sausage casserole. Using Jones pork sausage, eggs, onion, and cheese and baking it. I was on a carb overload this week and I need to cut it down.
