Chuck roast with a tenderizing spicy rub and a side of carrots, fresh sliced tomato, and maybe something green.
Nothing green but fresh new crop yellow sweetcorn cut off the cob and stir fried with a couple of hot red peppers. I need to go and see what kind of damage I can do.
Supper was so simple, but awesome.
Big burgers stuffed with blue cheese and grilled med rare. Onion buns, and a big tossed salad full of romaine, tomato, cuke, green onions etc. DH had Green Goddess and I had Thousand Island.
I think I'm old enough now to just say it. I do not care if my salad dressing is fattening. Screw it.
Whit bean chili with jack cheese as a garnish and pieces of italian bread for dipping!!
