I'm finally going to make the Mushroom Parmesan with the portabellas I grilled the other day. I'll serve it on a bed of spinach pasta.

Cool. Are you going to add breading to them or just the sauce and cheese?

Hubby had BBQ shrimp over seasoned brown rice. I had a Greek salad and crusty bread.

No breading, just sauce and cheese.

Nothing green but fresh new crop yellow sweetcorn cut off the cob and stir fried with a couple of hot red peppers. I need to go and see what kind of damage I can do.

Supper was so simple, but awesome.
Big burgers stuffed with blue cheese and grilled med rare. Onion buns, and a big tossed salad full of romaine, tomato, cuke, green onions etc. DH had Green Goddess and I had Thousand Island.
I think I'm old enough now to just say it. I do not care if my salad dressing is fattening. Screw it.
