Why, it's Saturday night...Time for grilling! Will be having grilled ribeyes and corn on the cob, steak fries, Caesar Salad and Texas toast. Sweet iced tea to drink and strawberries and ice cream for dessert.

Chinese take-out tonight since we now have a very good local place: shrimp with lobster sauce over rice, shrimp egg rolls, and won ton soup with extra scallions.

I am about a week or so behind.

Here was the best dinner of the week:

Assorted chilled seafood platter - king crab, crab claws, shrimp
Hot seafood platter - crab cakes, calamari
Olives, assorted breads, crustini

Wedge salad with boston lettuce

8 oz filet
mashed potatoes
asparagus with hollandaise sauce

creme brulee with seasonal fruit

Fresh calamari flower shape sliced and lightly fried, spiced with green onion and special salt and pepper

Pan fried crispy egg noodles, topped with chicken, pork, shrimp and vegetables
