Shrimp fried rice. I am not sure how happy I am that a great Chinese restaurant has opened down the street.

We're going out for sushi. It's been way too long. I'm drooling for it as I type this.

I've got bunko tonight, so I have no idea. Whatever the hostess is serving, I guess.

I'm cooking steak and chicken on The Griddler. After posting on another thread about kitchen gadgets never used, I decided to use my Griddler. It is way too hot to cook outside. Baked potatoes and salad to go with.

I did follow his requests but we had fresh trout instead of the crab. We might have the crab later in the week. It is still so hot, I wanted him to grill, but didn't want him out in the late aftenoon, early evening heat so I sauted it...
As for good taste, sure he does, the problem, he isn't the one that has to stand in the darn hot kitchen cooking and I had to bake a cake to add to the hot kitchen.

After 2+ weeks working every night, I found myself at home tonight.

My creation:

Juicy Lucy - a hamburger with a hunk of Wisconsin cheddar on whole wheat bread, topped with sauteed mushrooms, peppers, and onions.

Belgian Brussels sprouts cooked in an orange juice and butter sauce
