today is day three of hubbys choice: so far, so good. We are having crab in a brandy cream sause (the sause is left for chicken the other night) ramen noodles with cilantro, soy and ginger, and cuke/tomato salad.

Tuesday - LARGE shrimp with fresh broccoli florets, small whole baby corns and straw mushrooms in a sesame teriyaki sauce with rice on the side. No, it's not take-out.
Nice large tossed salad, Grilled chicken burger for me, leftover rice with ground pork for hubby. I normally do not like ground chicken but the butcher shop buy my mom's makes these burgers homemade and they have peppers, onions, garlic and tons of spices. These are the only ones I will eat and they are 1/2 lb each pattie so you don't even need a bun.
Us too! Beef soft tacos, homemade guac, onions, salsa, black beans, and lettuce to top.
