Scalloped potatoes made with leftover baked ham, corn & butterbean succotash, salmon croquettes, french fries. Kinda weird menu I know, but it satisfies DH & my tastebuds tonight!
chicken & jalapeno sausages which a co-worker brought me from New Orleans, homemade cheese ravioli (I find any excuse to use my ravioli maker), spinach/apple/walnut salad with honey mustard dressing.
Spaghetti, homemade garlic bread w/ fresh mozzarella cheese. I don't think I'll use fresh mozzarella again. Bread was kinda soggy under it. I'll go back to grating it.
Leftover boneless chicken thighs with lime and garlic.
