Kielbasa, salad, Italian bread with olive oil and a cheese grated in it. Banana pudding and coffee later. The banana pudding will be extra good because the vanilla wafers cost 1 cent.

The bread and salad were left over from my yummy lunch out! Yeah, because I don't eat lunch out much. This was an easy dinner.

I don't know yet. That's one of the reasons I stop by this thread ahead of time. Gives me ideas. I'm thinking that kielbasa sounds pretty good about now. I happen to have some in the refrigerator. Thought I might have it tomorrow or Saturday but tonight is as good a time as any. Think I'll make mine with cabbage and potatoes.

Just had some spaghetti with spicy sausage that cooked for 8 hours in the crockpot. Twas yummy. I love how moist the sausages get cooked that way.

Plan on having roast beef with sauted (grandulated onion and garlic, soy sauce, worchestershier (sp?) sauce, butter and red wine) onions, button mushrooms, tomatos, red, yellow and green peppers served over rice.
