Meatloaf, sauteed mushrooms and baked potato (from last night). Steamed broccoli and Coles bread. Thought I would have meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow but something mysterious nibbled on it and there won't be enough! (It was very good). A Weight Watcher dessert if that's wanted.
We went out for BBQ 8 adults and 2 kids. I had a chopped Brisket on a bun and others had BBQ plates, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, sides of green beans and potatoes I think. I forget what else...
Tonight we are having our chicken and noodles. I absolutely love chicken but I will say, the steak last night really hit the spot.
Oh, with the chicken we are having Waldorf salad. That way I know fall is about here: apples and fall go together, right?
