Pan seared shrimp for me, either salmon or artic char for my husband, Ore Ida tater tots and brussel sprouts. I am going to the fish market today. I never buy frozen fish. I am also having seafood again tomorrow night at my friends house. She's making shrinp, scallops and mussles

Friday - Hubby wants ravioli and a salad which is okay with me since I'm tired and it's quick and easy to prepare.

Question What's Ya Got Cooking

I'm putting a pot roast in the oven for tomorrow. I love a one pot/baking dish meal. Potatoes are starting to sprout and so are the onions so I made an executive decision. I'll have a tomato on the side but that will go directly to the plate not messing up another dish.

I'm making turkey chili tonight, before the ground turkey that I bought earlier this week gets up and walks itself out of the refrigerator!

I use ground or leftover turkey, chicken broth, onion and garlic, cannellini beans, fresh, frozen or canned chiles, cumin, and a touch of cinnamon. Everything is to taste (or eyeball), and I mash half the beans to thicken the chili. It's quite good; the cinnamon adds a different taste.

I haven't had pot roast in ages, and there's one in my freezer. Thanks for the idea!

It's Friday, so the "perishables" I brought home from the cafeteria - egg salad, chicken salad, and tuna salad. It's becoming a Friday night tradition.
