Since the kids are coming over tonight.. we are having "breakfast" for dinner: Pancakes, bacon/ sausage/ ham and egg casserole, fruit bowls, juice, coffee and tea.

Pan fried chicken breasts w/ panko breading...
Side o' sauted veggies (celery, onions, carrots)
Mash potato w/ gravy.
And or bake beans.
