I'm concocting some sort of chicken stroganoffy type of thing. I'm going to add some bell peppers along with the mushrooms, onions, and garlic and throw in some fresh rosemary, too.
Ha Ha last night, we had a few Manhattans and no food. Not proud of it.
Tonight it was potato salad, deviled eggs, corn on the cob and 1/2 of the peppered sirloin we bought at Sams Club a few weeks ago.
In the next few days, we will have fajitas with the leftover meat, refried beans, and Mexican rice.
chicken salad sandwich on honey wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, some ruffles, and a glass of sweet tea.
