And that was after a two hour tour of a tofu factory/ bean sprout farm.
I'd like to know how you make your brisket, I have never made one.
I never have cooked one before, until a few weeks back, when my husband was asking for reuben`s. He went crazy over those sandwiches!
So..I bought another one yesterday. I just went by the directions on the package. It says to put in a pan with the little envelope of seasonings that comes with it. Enough water to cover brisket..cook for 3 hours.
The meat is sooo tender!!
I've never heard of this cut of meat is this a regional cut?
