I'm a mustard freak also.

Always on hand, grey poupon dijon, keen's hot mustard, and yellow of course. and a selection of other dijon's .. tarragon, organic, honey-mustard, powder, and seeds.

Does anyone actually LIKE Chinese mustard, or is it just left over packets from take-out that you didn't want to throw away?

hahaha! .. we do have a stone-ground one I neglected to mention actually!

Funny, at the time, took that nic from a bag of stone-ground ww flour sitting out on the counter. The first dozen nics I tried were taken and finally gave up.

Well, I love Wasabi horseradish - but that's horseradish and Japanese...

I think I had Tyling Mustard and it was oh, so hot!!!

I love it!! But the stuff in those packets is usually wussy watered-down stuff.
