Brush? I apply butter with the best tool available...my hands! Faster and more effective that way. I also get every cranny and nook with my hands. Not to mention it's fun.
Well I'm here just-a LOL at your post, rudeboy. Have all the fun you want rubbing your grubby little hands all over every inch of the food you serve. Go for it. There's plenty of things that I cook that benefit from some butter while cooking and I've also learned, long ago, that it's often very helpful to lose as little heat as possible when tending to the food.
so do you spread the butter on a hot griddle with your hands?
