It's a fun food to experiment with, even bad pizza is still pretty good.
I am considering building a wood fired brick oven in the back yard. These make the ultimate pizzas. I think it would be cool to have a make your own pizza bbq in the summer, a bunch of dough and different ingredients, oh and beer!
How do you get your dough to stretch so nicely and stay round??? I am thinking the reason I have a hard time is because I was trying to work with the dought right out of the fridge. My local pizza guy told me to let the dough rest room temperature for at least 1 hour before doing anything with it.
