This is quite possibly the most pared-down holiday dinner I've ever made. So....the day after, the 4 of us (in Minnesota) are still eating:
- Turkey
- Garlic & sour cream mashed potatoes w/homemade turkey gravy
- Plain mashed potatoes (someone doesn't like the above variety)
- Peas & carrots
- Stuffing
- Whole cranberry relish
- Dinner rolls & butter
- Pumpkin pie
- Cinnamon-less apple pie
- Breyers strawberry ice cream
- Cherry Jell-O w/Cool Whip (for those who don't like pie)
- Guinness Stout
- Grain Belt's "Nordeast" beer (hey, this is Minnesoooota!)

Do you stack two rounds of bread with onion on them and then roll them in chopped parsley? otherwise how could you "roll" a single piece of white bread? also the picture is confusing as I can't tell if it is 2 pieces of bread together or not. I love vidalia onions and this looked good as basically it is a raw onion and mayo sandwich but again, the instructions are confusing.
