I only drink V8 - and even then, only on occasion. All the other juices are just too sweet, and lacking the fiber to go along with the fruit. I'd rather eat the fruit than drink the juice - but that's just me.
I used to drink juice but they are loaded with sugar and other preservatives. Therefore, I have not drank juice in several months. I only drink bottled water.
We're not big on super-sweet drinks, especially for breakfast.
The spouse prefers low-salt tomato juice, often with a couple of splashes of Cholula hot sauce for some added kick. Sometimes on the weekend, he'll mix in a spoonful of that Rooster brand chili-garlic sauce. And then I wait at least a half-hour before kissing him, because if I smooch him any sooner than that, my lips tingle afterwards.
I drink cranberry juice, but I make a half-and-half blend of Knudsen's "Just Cranberry," which is 100% cranberry juice with no added sweeteners or other ingredients at all, and one of the more main-stream sweet cranberry juice blends. The blend is still 100% juice, but a lot of it is apple or one of the other sweeter fruits. Either one by itself is too much - the all-cranberry is too puckery and the blend is too sweet - but together, they're sublime.
I like me something mixed, more flavors and more nutrition, try oranges, pineapple, mango and bananas in a smoothies!
