Hello Everybody....I have noticed that most of women faces lack of calcium. They can't be that stronger as like as men. I want to ask all the women that what you do to overcome the lack of calcium? Other than this, everyone share your ideas that what you think should be the best diet which keep them fit..?
I eat a lot of high-calcium vegetables and so on -- NOT dairy, as I am allergic -- also because in countries where they don't even eat dairy products, there is NO osteoporosis. I also lift weights, walk a lot, and generally do things to concentrate the calcium where it belongs, in my bones.
