ive got to ask, how did you cook the swiss steak?

swiss steak in these parts is cut from the bottom round... a little tough,,

i use to throw swiss steak in the slow cooker with gravy and have it either in a sandwich or over toast

Today I made some sort of leftover jambalaya with brown rice, Lima
and navy beans ( can), crushed tomatoes ( can), sliced
sausage roasted with onions, and cut in cubes roast beef with gravy leftover.
Taste pretty darn good

Western bacon cheeseburger and fries from Carl's Jr. I bought two with a discount coupon and saved the other burger for tomorrow's lunch.
