Stopped at the local BBQ joint and picked up a chicken (hickory smoked) and heated up green beans and mac & cheese.

Didn't do too much on my big cookout this week: Coq Au Vin and Chicken Vandaloo. I also had all the ingredients to make a couple dishes with 2 cups each of leftover pork and chicken, and got lazy and pulled out Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup and Mushroom Soup, threw in some diced onion, celery, milk, sour cream and turmeric, and I now I curse myself for not spending the energy to make the dishes I had planned to make!

Same as last night but leftovers and I am having it right now. Broiled hamburger, steamed green beans, boiled potatoes with butter and sour cream, cottage cheese and applesauce.

Tonight I am making Turmeric trumps bread crumbs in fried fish, with rice and a parsley salad with tomatoes and a glass of wine. For dessert we have fresh Papaya sliced and 1 chocolate chip cookie each I baked my self.

Using up the leftover rotisserie chicken we made the other night, fresh sweet corn, and some roasted chile in the freezer - I'll turn it into Poblano Chicken Corn Chowder.
