Having my MIL over for dinner. We are having:
Chicken casserole made with stove top stuffing, it has cheese milk and cream of chicken soup in it too.
Green bean casserole
Stuffed mushrooms
Buttermilk biscuit's from the can
Vanilla Ice cream for dessert.
Pan seared salmon with Lemon Spaghetti. The lemon spaghetti (Rachel Ray) has become a staple when we have fish. I used to buy Uncle Bens 90 second Lemon Rice when we had fish, but of course, it is no longer available (story of my life). I swear, when a company hears I like something, that is their signal to discontinue it.
Burgers on the grill, saffron rice, green beans, and a baguette. Sweet iced tea to drink. Dessert is a blueberry banana cake with homemade whipped cream.
