Today I cooked a Beef Chuck Roast with Carrots and Potatoes, Green Beans, sliced a tomato, and made some corn bread. Had enough left for lunch tomorrow.
We got home so late yesterday from our errand running we didn't have the pork cutlets. We had stopped at Papa Murphy's and grabbed one to their $5 special pizzas. I added a little peperoni, mushrooms, cheese and onions. While it baked for about 15 minutes I made a simple salad and dinner was done. Tonight will be pork cutlets.
