Today is a bridge day and sometimes after bridge daughter and I go shopping so we don't get home til dinner time plus spoiled brat is going to lunch with his old Far2 church guys as he calls them so dinner is simple: We are having chicken pasta salad I made yesterday and corn on the cob.

I do the same thing. Last summer I made a couple batches of cole slaw ever single week. This summer it's cucumber salad. I eat it almost every day. Some people get tired of it but I like eating that way for some reason.

I have a chuck roast in the crock pot and it will be Italian Beef very soon - serving it with Provolone cheese and those big chewy deli buns, hold the peppers and onions please!! Also have some fresh corn on the cob, and hubby wants tater tots for some reason, so.....I guess that's it.
