I'm thinking pan fried ring sausage, red potatoes and squash. I just need the energy to make it happen.

I have a large roast in the oven now and was planning to slice it thin for lunch meat after having some for dinner, but it isn't going to be ready to eat for a long time. So I just thawed meat to make burritos and I'm hoping someone will volunteer to go the store for sour cream

Grilling out tonight. Ribeyes, grilled pineapple, corn on the cob, baked potato, salad and Texas toast. Sweet iced tea to drink. (Glad it stopped raining!)

My 10 yr. old left the freezer open, so I am trying to salvage food. We are having defrosted ravioli tonight.

Sounds good to me; I had cottage cheese with a fresh tomato from the garden. No cooking energy whatsoever.
