Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic toast, and a spinach mix salad. The 5 yr old isn't too crazy about salad yet so she had some raw mini carrots and broccoli tops to dip in some ranch.

We were going to have pasta, it was TOO HOT! Re frame, pasta salad. Excellent! Last night we had grilled itialian sausage with peppers, I was going to make pasta tonight, instead, I put the left over peppers, sausage, onions, tossed with some Italian dressing, added olives, tomatoes, celery, mushrooms, pasta, a few herbs... A new dimension. And really good.

Salad. Grilled a few flavors of chicken wings. Grilled zucchini, squash, eggplant, carrots, red and yellow peppers. Mandarin sunset drinks. Deep dish caramel filled chocolate chip cookies.

We are having French dip sandwiches, using our left over roast from Sunday night. Also fries and green salad.

Tonight we will have creamed home made mushroom soup,a large platter decorated with omelette in the center and green spinach steamed around it. Tomato wedges for decoration. To drink lemon/lime water with a wedge . For dessert blueberries with my home made yogurt.

That pork loin is getting cooked today for sure, yesterday it was still 90° at 6pm and I just couldn't bring myself to cook. We went and bought an air conditioner yesterday so I can actually use the stove today so....
roasted pork loin with thyme and garlic, baked potatoes and fresh from the garden green beans is this evenings menu
