Well, it turns out they served baby-back ribs, fried chicken, green beans, cole slaw, bread rolls, and a choice of pound cake or lemon meringue pie for dessert.
I am finally fixing ham and scalloped potatoes. Then I will probably cut up the ham, divide it into servings and freeze it. If I don't I will eat the whole thing by myself.
With the ham I guess I will add a couple of veggies. I have some that really need to be eaten before they spoil.
