Homemade caramel rolls. I usually make them once each winter, but I didn't get around to it this winter and now it's too late.
That isn't computing - I can't imagine a world where it could ever be too late to make Homemade Caramel Rolls!!!! And if there were such a place, I absolutely positively wouldn't want to live there!

LOL I don't have air conditioning and it's too hot to turn the oven on.
My dad's secret recipe fried chicken. He always left it in the fridge overnight to "marinate" in the batter, so I think that was the secret. Someday, I'll remember to do that.
A mint Oreo Thin cookie. Those things are evil. Like the love child of a sandwich cookie and a potato chip. Completely addictive. I made my husband swear not to bring them into the house ever again.
