Made for us this morning a banana/cinnamon pancake from scratch,small glass of orange juice and 2 cups of Jasmine green tea What a way to begin Hump Day

Breakfast today was 2 jumbo eggs, scrambled, on fresh roll with butter and Frank's hot sauce

2 Eggo waffles, 2 sausage links, an over-medium egg and small glass of orange juice.

3 egg whites salted, peppered with Garlic Hot sauce and 2 small watermelon slices and a handful of blueberries!

Sausage biscuit, mandarin orange, and water.
