Thanks for asking, Ang. Strange ranger that I am, I've never eaten egg whites, because I think they taste unpleasant & have an unsavory rubbery texture... I remove every little piece & toss them. Sometimes I make hard boiled, as it's easier to discard the whites... but, usually I fry them in a cast iron pan, over easy or hard, depending upon mood. Then, I'll eat the bit of white cooked on top of the yolk, but I don't care for it. I stick with them as I eat them for the protein & because I never ate much fat... we do need some.
