A bowl of Quaker Oats oatmeal with sugar, cinnamon & skim milk and a cup of dark chocolate almond milk!

Raw oats with milk,banana slices,cinnamon,buckwheat honey,2% milk and 2 cups Jasmine green tea

no school today so I made blueberry pancakes and bacon and hot coco. Now we are all in a carbo coma.

Fried rice with pieces of scrambled egg mixed in and bacon on the side. Grape juice to drink.

I had 2 servings of instant oatmeal with 2/3 cup of water and 2/3 cup of milk heated in the microwave for 2 minutes 45 seconds.
Added a pat of butter when it came out, toasted two pieces of bread with butter and poured myself an 8 ounce glass of milk.
