This morning was at Old West Café for some breakfast tacos (sausage, scrambled eggs, onions, peppers, and cheddar), refried beans, fried potatoes, salsa, and coffee.

Interesting menu, but I don't frequent the Deep Ellum area. I generally stay around the northern suburbs. Others, however, might be interested to take a look, so that's a good link.

Usually, you whisk a bit of water into an omelet rather than milk as it makes the eggs light and airy as opposed to scrambled eggs which are creamier.

Congratulations Kudzu on your grandbaby!
Case, cheers for the restaurant info!

I'm slow & lazy today... 2 double espressos, 2 grapefruits & I hope later my dinner falls out of the ceiling so I don't need to actually, you know... do stuff.

Have a wonderful Sunday, All!

I can't sleep, so I'm having a 2:30am bk'fast... 2T peanut butter, 2 grapefruits & scraping the bottom of the barrel, ONE double espresso.

Bleedin' night, I ran out of beans so have to wait 'til 8am 'til the Target Starbucks opens. By then, I'll need a bucket o' dark brew from the stress of this ordeal.

Happy Sunday, All!
