I found a bone in turkey breast on sale so I bought it and made it last night. Holy crap does it yield a lot of meat. Tonight will be turkey leftovers into a hash or enchiladas. Not sure which. I might even attempt an alfredo spinach lasagna with the turkey as well.

We are having Turkey Tettrizini (spelling) and a huge salad. They whatever turkey is left will belong to the trash can.

Tonight we have left over green beans stew..thank God I don't have to cook today. Stood 7 hours baking Spekulatius cookies. Kneading and rolling was a real killer. Last 2 batches are in the oven now.Imagine kneading by hand from 1 kg flour had a real good workout
