Finally got around to making the quiche - mushrooms, ham, spinach and topped with leftover vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrot and cauliflower). It was delicious.
3 slices of split top wheat bread with a bit of ketchup & oregano and melted Provolone cheese, a low fat probiotic strawberry yogurt and a mug of chamomile tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
A Peruvian style chicken soup (which includes pieces of chicken, peas & potatoes in it), a bit of leftover tuna mixed with non-fat mayonnaise & leftover rice and a large glass of coke cola.
