A bowl of yankee bean soup, one & half whole wheat challah bread sandwiches with chunk light tuna & non-fat mayonnaise and a large glass of cranberry juice.

A grilled Vermont Cheddar sandwich with shaved corned beef on white bread. Mayo, instead of butter to grill the bread and mustard on the side.
