Today's school lunch was homemade stromboli - except we didn't wait for lunch. The other cafeteria lunch ladies and I polished off a large one during midmorning break.
Added a mixed greens salad with beet slices topped with a splash of Balsamic vinaigrette on Ranch dressing. Freshly medium-ground black pepper added an extra kick.
Leftover oven-fried chicken breast that was supposed to be tonight's dinner.
