Today's Lunch - Part 4 (tuna, avocado, peanut butter, homemade)

Spaghetti made with penne pasta and pieces of pork and regular meatballs.

I had a toast with avocado spread and black pepper and some leftover pickled herring.

Shrimp roll, vegetable chow mein with rice, and unsweetened iced tea to drink.

Brunch: ham steak, an over-well egg, and home fries with scallion and bell pepper.

At work, they surprised us by bringing in Vietnamese sandwiches from a local place. I had a barbecued pork sandwich along with a bag of potato chips, orange slices and baby carrots.

Kolaches -- polish links rolled and baked in scratch biscuit dough. Very easy.
