One and half whole wheat bread non-fat mayonnaise & chunk light tuna sandwiches, a Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuit and a large glass of cranberry juice.
Boston lettuce and radiccio salad with solid white tuna...a little EVOO, fresh squeezed lemon and black pepper for dressing. Unfortunately I forgot to grab the pita chips this morning
I have to run into our small town to the post office but after I get home I am going to fix a hamburger and put it on white bread with real mayonnaise and a slice or two of tomato.
Leftovers: Mashed potatoes, gravy, meatball, barbecued pork steak and sliced cantaloupe (as my fruit/vegetable contribution ).
