Really? Hemp and chia seeds are pretty delicious, especially in a smoothie.

I disagree about the low sodium vegetable juice. I'd rather eat the vegetable or juice it on my own. I find it interesting that they're recommending a lot of canned/boxed food. It's just as easy and cheap to get it fresh.

Why? Hemp seeds are delicious and very high.

I put chia seeds in my pre-workout and post-workout drinks. I love the texture and crunch.
