I have some left over pork roast with the oven roasted potatoes, also some sauerkraut and green beans. (My partner hates left overs....but when you cook a roast for two people....THERE ARE leftovers.

Happy dipping! I love dipping Italian bread into red gravy.
The Scali i buy Elston is with sesame seeds on the top..Semi hard crust and soft in the middle, and
to make it..IDK..I'm not a bread maker..But it's cheap, like 1.50 a loaf and always ask the bakery for the freshest and have em slice it up..

It's like a white bread, but much better taste IMO..

Your pic looks like it, but i would imagine any large grocery chain carries Scali bread at the bakery..

Making myself a Sirloin steak tonight with a Romaine salad on the side..Only cooking for myself as everyone else is working late and my mom is all set.. happy eats and TGIF!!

Scali Bread. It turns out I have had it and like it. I just didn't know it had a name. I haven't had it in awhile and now I will look for it.
