I have a pork tenderloin that I'll make with a (Thai?) recipe using peanut butter, hot pepper, and pineapple preserves, with coconut rice, and a green veg.

Little Caesar's sausage pizza, as my allergies are kicking my butt today, and I don't feel like cooking.

A strawberry banana non-fat Greek yogurt, a very large toasted multi-grain slice of bread with healthy style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of skim milk.

Steamed some hot dogs in beer before grilling them and grilled corn on the cob. Sides of baked beans, cole slaw, sliced onions and tomatoes, and sauerkraut. Unsweetened iced tea to drink.

Well, I've been good all week and the family wants homemade hamburgers on the grill for dinner tonight. Good old ground round, not even the extra lean stuff.....

I'm making one for myself, too. Just a little salt and pepper and a bit of Worcestershire mixed in the burgers. And I'm having a big old toasted sesame seed bun, too. And I make secret sauce to go with the burger {whole mayonnaise, full sugar ketchup, a little dill pickle relish and some of the juice from the pickle jar, oh yes!} And large sections, cut in round size, of sweet onions on the grill. And tomato slices, pickle slices, lettuce and gooey, melty American cheese.

Oh, and I cut up potatoes into French fries {they are soaking in water} and I'm going to dry them off and put them in the deep fryer. I'm having those, too! With salt and pepper and a little Hungarian Paprika when they come out of the oil.

I'm tired of sticking to a "being good" diet all week. Low fat, no fat, no butter, ICBINB, no sugar, use Splenda, FF milk, no whole milk, only whole grain bread, no white bread, low salt, no salt, FF this and that and oh those small Lean Cuisine size portions!

I'm doing it up tonight, a good old fashioned burger and fries, at home in my backyard.

I'll skip the dessert though, lol

Blessings
